Refund Policy
- Guest cancellation made between 0-24 hours prior to a tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Guest cancellation made 48 hours prior to a tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation outside of these hours receives a 100% refund or deposit refund if not paid in full.
Upon receiving your refund request, our reservations team will review the request and seek approval from our accounts team. Once approved, we prepare a credit note and forward it to the bank to assist in processing the refund.
A refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to settle the payment, and it may take 5 to 7 working days to appear in your account.
